Why “3TEN”?

We started 3TEN to do two things well – make custom products worth giving and run a business that gives back, which is why our name reflects both.

“3” stakeholders in every project:

  1. The end users: the employees, customers, and partners who receive the products and experience generosity and appreciation in their hands.

  2. Our customers: who invest in their people and trust us to make that investment tangible.

  3. Our company: wired to believe that when businesses lead with gratitude, the people around them rise with it.

When a product is made well and given with intention, it stops being merchandise and starts being a memory.
